At Bonsai For Ever, we take great care in preparing every order. Whether you purchase a beautiful bonsai tree, bonsai pot, tool, soil, wire, fertilizer, or other accessory, we carefully pack each item to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Shipping
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Most orders are processed and shipped promptly.
- A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Live bonsai trees are packaged using specialized materials that protect the tree while allowing proper airflow during transit. Non-living products are securely packed to help prevent damage during shipping.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address.
Returns & Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.
Live Bonsai Trees
Because bonsai trees are living plants, they require special care and cannot always be returned like ordinary merchandise.
If your tree arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the tree and its packaging so we can evaluate the situation and determine the best solution.
Pots, Tools, Soil, Wire, Fertilizers & Accessories
Unused, unopened, and undamaged non-living products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
All returns require prior authorization before being shipped back.
Return Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, we will work quickly to make it right.
For approved returns that are not the result of our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
