Shipping  and Return Policy

Shipping

We carefully pick, pack, and ship all live trees using high-quality packaging that protects your bonsai while allowing proper airflow during transit.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern ship the same business day; otherwise, they ship the next business day. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Expedited (Next Day) shipping is available at an additional cost. We currently ship within the United States State only.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Additional carrier address-correction fees may apply if information is incorrect.

For special delivery requests or gift orders, please include your instructions at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate

Returns & Exchanges

Because bonsai trees are live, delicate, and perishable, returns are uncommon and handled on a case-by-case basis. The special packaging and stress caused by double shipping can negatively affect tree health, so we encourage customers to review orders carefully before purchasing.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and require prior approval with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Item must be in resalable condition

  • Return must be RMA-approved in advance

Buyer’s Remorse

If a return is approved for reasons other than damage or error:

  • 20% restocking fee applies if the item can be resold as new

  • 50% restocking fee applies if the item can only be resold as used

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours

  • We cannot accept returns that arrive damaged due to improper repackaging

  • Live plants that show signs of neglect after delivery may not qualify for return
